D23: MARVEL finally announces its X-MEN reboot cast…
After years of speculation and the appearance of a certain character in the recent Spider-man: Brand New Day, we finally have the official line-up for the long-gestating X-Men reboot movie from Marvel. or, at least, some of the main characters.
Officially confirming recent rumours and developments, Marvel brought some of its X-Men and new mutants on stage at the big D23 presentation.
Sadie Sink will reprise Jean Grey, Kit Connor will be Scott Summers (aka Cyclops), Chris Abbott will be Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving is officially Emma Frost), Inde Navarrette will be Rogue, Maya Boyd is playing Ororo Monroe (aka Storm), and Adam Driver will be the manipulative Nathaniel Milbury aka ‘Mister Sinister’ (NOT Magneto!)
As we already knew, the film will be directed by Jake Schreier (pictured on the left below)
The film is set to be released on 5th May 2028.
